If you are not convinced by your order, do not worry, we accept your return to a good degree.

Returning your order is free and simple. You have a period of 30 calendar days from the time you receive it to do so.

The refund will be made in the same form of payment in which the order was placed (credit/debit card or PayPal). The refund will be immediate upon confirmation of the return, but it may take up to 30 days to view it in your bank account. This period depends on each bank and we have no control over it. If you used store credit to pay for your order, the refund will be made in store credit.

You can do this as follows:

1st Step. Request the pick-up at the time that suits you best.

Enter our Seur easy returns portal by clicking here and following three simple steps.

2nd Step. Preparation of the package.

If you have made your purchase without registering, go to VIEW MY ORDER and enter your email address and order number. Then choose VIEW ORDER and click REQUEST RETURN.

If you are registered, go to VIEW MY ORDER and enter your email address and password. Then choose VIEW ORDER and click REQUEST RETURN.

  • Choose the item(s) you want to return, from the options choose REQUEST RETURN, select a reason and click CONTINUE.
  • Confirm collection data
  • Finally, click FINISH.
  • Then print the return packing slip with the items you are returning in the original box you received.

Remember, it is very important that all items are in perfect condition, have their corresponding return label and go inside the EGATEX box.

If you have chosen our SEUR pickup service, a courier will pick up the package by the address you have indicated to us within 24-48 hours from the date you made your return request. Please note that online purchases cannot be returned at any of our authorized points of sale.

egatex.com reserves the right to refuse returns communicated and/or sent outside the deadline, or garments that are not in the same condition in which they were received.

WHAT IS THE TIME TO MAKE A RETURN?

The deadline for any return is 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the package.

CAN I MAKE A CHANGE?

If you want to exchange an item for another size or color, you have to request a return and place a new order.

HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?

If you use our SEUR pickup service, your package will take 2-3 days to reach our warehouses. If, on the other hand, you use a different shipping service it will depend on the carrier and/or the service chosen.

At EGATEX we try to give you the best possible service and confirm the returns that come to our warehouses within 1-2 working days.

Once your return is confirmed, if everything is correct, you will receive an email informing you that your refund has been made.

In the unlikely event that you do not receive this confirmation within 10 days, please contact our customer service department and we will help you gladly.

WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE AMOUNT OF MY RETURN?

After approving the return (the items must be in perfect condition and have ALL the original labels) you will receive a confirmation email indicating the refund of the amount paid for the item(s).

The refund is made in the same payment method that you used to place your order, remember that the time it takes to appear the credit card payment in your account always depends on your bank. It may take up to 30 days for your bank to show that credit memo.

Shipping costs are not refunded, except in cases where the order has been cancelled in accordance with Distance Selling rules or those where the entire order is defective.

I RECEIVED THE REFUND, BUT THE AMOUNT IS INCORRECT

We are very sorry that an error has been made in your return. Please contact our customer support team who will try to fix the error as soon as possible.

  • We can only offer one free return per order.
